She was a member of the National Honor Society and Society for Academic Excellence; named top female student and outstanding vocal musician; served as captain of the field hockey team as a senior; a three year member of the bowling team; a three-time all-county selection in softball; and won the Fetterman Memorial Award given to the top scholar athlete.
